What is the
Flint Hills Feast?
The Flint Hills Feast, a culinary pop-up, will be a unique foodie experience featuring authentic tastings from the Flint Hills region of Kansas, libations, local artisan tastings.
Weaved into the event will be live music, art viewing, and a beef cooking demonstration by event hosts: Lauren Grier of The Curious Plate and Wrenn Pacheco of Pacheco Beef
INCREDIBLE FOOD: Savor an array of heavy samplings from all our local artisan vendors throughout the evening in addition to a mouth-watering plated selection of beef from the culinary demonstration
REFRESHING DRINKS: Enjoy spirit samples from Boot Hill Distillery, wine samples from Highland Vineyards and Winery, beer samples from Manhattan Brewing Company, and cocktails from MHK Caravan.
ENTERTAINMENT: We've prepared an evening filled with entertainment, which includes a beef cooking demonstration from your co-hosts: Arturo & Wrenn Pacheco of Pacheco Beef & Lauren Grier of The Curious Plate, art viewing at The Volland Store, historic landmarks that are Instagram-worthy along with stunning, selfie-approved backdrops of the Flint Hills.

Lauren and Wrenn met at food event in Denver years ago. Over time they have created a friendship around the love of good food and sharing tips and tricks on how to create great meals for your family and friends!
